1. Price. The studio apartment at City Club was a couple hundred dollars cheaper per month with a little more sq. ft 2. Intro doesn't have a speakeasy in the basement 😉 3. I loved City Clubs pitch of making the building a community and holding events for everyone to meet such as happy hours at one of their bars or Browns viewing parties, etc. Which, by the way, I was aware of the building having a movie theater room but had no clue they will also have an outdoor one on the roof when it's nice out and have movie nights.

lol it was all of the amazing amenities. Seems pretty unmatched to anywhere else in the area, although Intro goes toe to toe with it

Happy to announce I will actually be moving here! Met with them in their office on Euclid across from HOB last week. Fourth floor with a tentative move-in date around mid October. We talked about the rooftop quite a bit but I heard no mention of it being open to the public. I think they just open that area under the swoop on weekends for the residents. I personally could care less, but I'd imagine residents would not want people off the streets coming up there to use the amenities they are paying for. So if not, we can use my access to have a rooftop UO Lounge meetup!

My link doesn't appear to be working, but a French graffiti artist is in town doing work at CLE Urban Winery and the parking garage behind City Club on Prospect.

It looks, according to @KJParticle in Feb, that some nice looking trees are planned for at least Bolivar.

My uneducated guess would be each window has an led panel installed from the inside facing out. But your guess is as good as mine

I haven't been through Tower City in years. I don't know what shops are even in there, but are people even going there to shop?

Just hope the city doesn’t get any blowback from this. Since he is world renowned, hopefully we can sort of sneak under the radar about being affiliated with him for the past couple years. I love this idea but close to the Rock Hall would make much more sense. And a perfect opportunity for them to incorporate this into the new expansion or part of the lakefront development. I also loved the idea of the speakers around town but are those even being used anymore? If not, I would focus on the same concept but keep it strictly near the Rock Hall and have them play music throughout the day from all the current inductees. It really is not that hard, set an ON/OFF timer for every day, have a playlist created and hit shuffle.
