When do they plan on beginning the RFP process? And that usually takes like, what, 2-3 months?

When are you able to reveal which site they favor? Dear Lord this is a very long process

We FINALLY!!! have ground floor retail at church+state, with the likes of Patron Saint just opening. Had to drop my bike off at Joy Machines and was walking across the street for a beverage at North High and noticed it, sign and all! Looked it up and looks pretty cool/trendy. Good question. They seemed to have really halted a lot of the exterior work. Windows, balconies, insulation. Maybe they are focusing mostly on the roof and interior

Damn what a missed opportunity it is to not have a public space with some greenery on the roof of that shack. Really sucks to think about. At least we will have Fahrenheit next door.

Does anyone have an educated guess how many workers are on site any given day? 300? 500? I'm guessing the local restaurants are very, very happy with this project. I went to lunch about a month back at Johnny's Little Bar and one of the iron workers came in to pick up food. He was in and out so I couldn't ask him much, but he said he loves the thrill of it and responsibly declined my invite to buy him a drink. Edit: I didn't even consider the shack and parking garage! So now my uneducated guess would be much closer to 1,000

So whatever happened to that Kenect project? On the parking lot between the hotel/Lago and the main building/punch bowl etc.
