@HugeMilkshake any inside reporting you can share here? Did they finally get off their a$$ and start making things happen?

Any traction on the Superman statue/plaza?

Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
Had dinner at Southside last night. Too dark for photo updates on Driftwood, but I noticed a few cars pulling into the garage on W. 11. Is this building complete and occupied now? And what is a good site to check occupancy rates?

Stopped at the new Lone Sailor monument last night. Very pleased with it. Did some reading on it and there are only 19 in the world so far. Awesome that we got one so go check it out!

Lots to unpack here. I feel like I have been a little out of the loop lately and not doing a good job of keeping up with the going-ons. A tower next to May Co. you say? Playhouse square towers? Is Magellan alive again and possibly the site of the skyline-changing hotel? And I need to look up what the heck the Rock-n-Roll Land hotel is. @KJP you used "were/are" so I assume some of those projects you listed are dead. Are you able to say which are still a go for now? Also, I was downtown last night and driving down E. 9 noticed the massive surface lot on the northeast corner of Carnegie and E. 9 (immediately south of the cemetary) that I never paid attention to before. Has that ever been considered for development? Would be a great welcoming site for anyone getting off the freeway there with the stadium across the street.

Great photos @Paul in Cleveland this place is gorgeous! Went to their website and they offer Ohio Resident Rates so I will absolutely be planning a staycation once the weather gets better

Found this on the Cleveland reddit thread yesterday. Earthcam now has a live Terminal Tower cam and SHW is front and center. Link

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower at Erieview & Galleria Renovation
Great point @JohnSummit. That side of downtown is lacks any significant structural lighting (at least in terms of skyline views). Lets hope they don't miss the opportunity here. It can really extend the feel of the skyline at night. I guess now is also a good time for my annual complaint of a building named The Lumen not having anything whatsoever. These two together would make downtown look much bigger at night

Once I get a minute I’ll leave one as well. Seems I definitely dodged a bullet moving there. Are there any positives? Like, how does the lobby look? Is the coffee bar running yet? Is Dogtopia getting good business I hope? And what a shame about no progress on the restaurant. What about the speakeasy? Sorry for all the questions lol

Do you have a number on new build vs repurposed? What are the odds @zbaris87 you are in the holiday spirit and willing to give us a sizeable nugget to get us through to the new year? 😁

Wonder what their plan would be for those 100+ cars parking on that lot. Wasn't it mentioned way upthread they are regretting not making the garage bigger?

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
Just build the f*cking thing already. We aren't going to get what we hoped for, so lets just get something on that corner already. So tired of all these revisions lol rant over

And whatever happened to the site across the street from NY Spaghetti house, infront of Thirsty Parrot? Wasn’t that for sale a few years ago?
