Cleveland: Random Photos
I wasn't too sure where to post this link, so if someone has a thread it would fit better in, let me know. But this twitter account goes around downtown tweeting pictures of burnt out or non-working lights. I swear I have had this idea for quite awhile now, so kudos to this person for actually doing it. I always thought the city should create a job(s) whose main purpose is to address this issue. I'm sure we have all noticed these around town and got a little bummed out.

Time for @KJP to do some nagging and get the details!! Which plot of land would Phase 3 even go on? As @BoomerangCleRespointed out, that parcel for Phase 2 looks different. Almost looks like they created a new road

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
that would be pretty damn cool to watch a caravan of cement trucks down Euclid in the middle of the night. UO meetup at the private parking lounge? I'll bring the cooler of beer

Cleveland: Duck Island: Development and News
Can anyone refresh my memory which apartment building is going here? maybe a link with some renderings? I find myself struggling to keep up with the apartment developments lately and I believe that is a beautiful thing.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
It still bothers me that this building has zero illumination. Those white/gray strips most of us seem to dislike would look so cool if they lit up at night. Or even that weird gray paneled roof thing lit up would add some pop. Idk, if you are going to be called the Lumen you should output some damn lumens lol. Rant over, see you all at the City Club private parking lounge.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
I actually love the horizontal lighting strips they have around the upper midsection. You don't see that very often at all. The lighting that looks bizarre to me is the Hiltons. I'll take it because it adds some flare during the night, it just looks awkward.
