  2. Too wide open and easy to be seen. @KJPneeds to keep his sources in the shadows. A dark, dingy corner of Spotted Owl might be a better recommendation.
  3. I agree with what @CleveFansaid earlier and am more in favor of the second option. A lot of businesses rely on the crowds the football games bring in before and after games. With a roof on the new stadium, even more guests will be down there throughout the year. But the first option is too set off from any bars/restaurants. Just my opinion but I think the West side of downtown gets far more activity with the Flats, E. 4th, the casino, etc. So putting this stadium on the East side can spur a lot of growth on that side of town. Make it a more even playing field, so to speak.
  4. Did you get these new renderings from a recently published article? If so, can you please send the link?
  5. It’s lonely up here on the rooftop today. Atleast the weather is gorgeous Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. I guess it isn’t.. terrible? And it is 1000% better than what we had before which is nothing. Plus it does look sweet lit up at night and is very pleasant to walk. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Fear not people! I took an extended lunch break and tackled the task myself! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Anybody downtown today and willing to snap a couple update pics?
  11. I haven’t remembered to look in awhile; have they started construction yet on the restaurant at the base of the building? Is that still happening? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Does anybody have any idea when Smokey’s will be opening? I thought it was supposed to open a long time ago and it’s already May. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me can help me figure this out: wouldn't an entire new entertainment district take away business from the current ones in the city (Flats, E. 4th, Ohio City, etc.)? I mean, Cleveland's population is not that big and the more bars/restaurants that pop up will simply thin everything out. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this boom we are seeing and want it to continue. It just seems like common sense that the more places that open, the less busy everywhere will end up being. Unless of course we start seeing a population growth.

  15. Will there be any way to watch this live?
  16. @KJPI will never, ever question your reporting. You are top notch. Your reports about Bedrock didn’t come in a dream. Is it possible that Stark has an agreement with them to still put his footprint on this site? Maybe a collaboration.

  20. Welp, so much for the billionaire dream partnership. A development backed by Gilbert has so much more grand potential than anything Stark could bring to fruition. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. That aspect of it makes me very happy. And so will whatever ends up being built. But I think you will agree we can all get a bit greedy and want tall and taller! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Off of what Ken said, the size of the Gateway site scares me a bit in terms of there being more ground level to develop on, which might take away from how vertical it ends up being. Unless maybe they use a good chunk on the ground for a pavilion/gathering space sinilar to the Hudson’s Site. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. @KJP do you think Starks inability to get his dream project done only to watch others succeed will cause him to go dark/‘crawl into a hole’? Or motivate him even more to finally get his flagship project?
  25. I'm almost positive it is a finished product. Maybe some smaller developments will pop up in the future but that is what it currently looks like.
