Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I was in Kansas City over the weekend and this is their tallest building. It’s actually the tallest building in the state of Missouri. 624’. Just a street view perspective if height when looking up at the SW tower. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Quite extensively. The design committee got much more pushback and negative feedback over them than positive Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Committee just approved the conceptual design, but not the height of the pavilion or the parking garage streetscape. They want to see retail added to the parking garage/frankfort, the height of the pavilion raised, and the top of the pavilion to be accessible to the public with a lounge/bar. Did anyone notice the one guy say something along the lines of “and the proposed Magellan development directly to the North”? @KJP

I think this new tower of Pickards in Dallas is gorgeous. Almost exact same floor count and height. But about 500,000 sq ft smaller!! Love all the welcoming green space at the base, which we probably won’t have much of. This tower even has a lounge, restaurant and coffee shop. Also none of which we will get to enjoy :( Click link for pics and info https://www.pickardchilton.com/work/field-street-tower Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

@KJP i know the first meeting with CPC is scheduled for a week from today. Can we expect to see initial renderings that same day?

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I think it’s a very attractive building. But does anybody else look at all of PC’s work and find a lot of similarities in them? I definitely won’t use the word lazy, just seems like they basically go for one style. And almost copy and paste from their previous work. With that being said, I will gladly welcome a beauty like this downtown. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not doubting you one bit, but @KJP can you confirm this to be true?

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
You are correct. This is actually a really good looking building in my opinion, and still has a looming presence at ‘only’ 600’. Just hope SHW isn’t way boxier than this to make up that square footage Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Which would be 500,000+ sq ft? Is this project considered a whale then? Sorry I have so many questions, you just have me all giddy over here. I’m just guessing it’s Cliffs or Magellan Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

While you are over here teasing us Ken, do you know already know this buildings location, height, floor count, target date, etc? Or is it all preliminary/won’t be breaking ground until 2046? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m happy to see others with optimism for this idea. Just makes a lot of sense. And imagine a beautiful 5-star hotel on PS with a (hopefully) massive, skyline-altering HQ tower looming right behind it!
