Cleveland: Hotel Development
Alright folks, time to daydream! Here is a list of Hyatt collections. We can obviously eliminate the Inclusive Collection

Is one of them more skyline-changing than the other? Any chance they combine into one giant skyline-changer? 😅

Brecksville: Valor Acres Development
I’ve driven past this quite a few times. What is this building going to be? The townhomes a little north of these look nice

I would personally take this with a grain of salt, as the beers were flowing, but I was out for the Buckeyes game yesterday and met a guy who works for Independence Excavating and literally drilled the holes for the caissons for this tower. He said Sherwin-Williams is currently accepting bids to drill for a second tower. Other than that, super cool dude. I have his contact info, from Parma as well, and he had a lot of cool stories about working on that job. I was definitely skeptical at first but he backed it up with knowledge that only someone who worked it would know. P.S. he said ironworkers are insane lol

Yeah, you're probably right. And I hope you are. I just always envisioned some grand lighting ceremony. And I'm a little surprised the logos were lit for a day or two but have since gone dark. Probably just a testing period

Boy oh boy is BrewDog doing victory laps. Was this development even in the works when BrewDog began planning for this location? Either way, a huge win for them

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Not a clue. In a perfect world, it would be soon to coincide with the Public Square Christmas lights. But I know that vertical light strip is meant to "spill over" onto the lights of the pavilion. And last I saw, that building looked a little ways away from being ready for that.

I absolutely thought the same thing, so thanks for asking. A simple yes or no if this is the site for it seems fair!

Three does seem excessive. But to each their own. If anything it's extra storage space

This development slipped off my radar. Wow that is gorgeous. Love it!! 5 units and each residence has a three car garage. Awesome.

Went with my brother to the new Landing Dispensary down on W. 3rd a couple weeks ago. Looks really nice from the outside and equally as nice inside. No loiterers, drug addicts or anything of the sort. And this was shortly before they closed at around 8PM. The only smallest resemblance of a vagrant around was my drunk ass. And we didn't even get to see the actual product in person, just photos and descriptions from a woman with a computer. Had to present ID, get buzzed in and out, etc. Very clean, professional and monitored. I guess some people will just always have their stigmas about certain things.

Did I say it had to be a piece of art? I saw the photo in the article and decided to comment my opinion.
