Hit the ballgame with my brother last night and stopped for a pic with downtown’s newest resident, Scruffy. The couple that took the pic for us laughed when I asked and said they did the same thing to someone earlier. So it’s definitely becoming an attraction

That parking garage at the Artisan looks a little scary

From a couple weeks ago, walking back after the baseball game. How long has this lighting been active? Unless I never noticed, but add some of this to the hotel and this street will pop

I tried to get an updated picture of this shot the day I got my drone, but was immediately hit with alerts to land it in 90 seconds lol and being an amateur I panicked and did as I was told. Was perusing the Pickard Chilton website and still found no evidence that the SHW tower exists. I did, however, find this cool project they are doing in SF. Totally residential, 840' (will be third tallest in the city) and has a pedestrian bridge connected to the newer Salesforce Park. Caught myself daydreaming that our new building will spur some sort of residential development similar (likely nowhere near in height) to this on one of the SHW campus lots.

I'm not too too familiar with the Hough area. I went on google street view and see this building is right next to Axis @Ansel. When was this development built and how is it doing occupancy wise?

I'm sure this could be posted in multiple threads but decided on this one. Watched a great video on the Terminal Tower and its passenger trains and caught this still frame of the old Hotel Cleveland. It looks quarter-assed, not even half-assed. And when will this city's obsession with jersey barriers go away
