Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
Great article, Ken. Makes me jealous the timing didn't work out for me but maybe @Milkshake1 will let me pay a monthly fee to enjoy those amenities 😜

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Does the facility have a groundbreaking date yet? I know they said "later this year" and it is fluid based on the progress of the stabilization/prep work, but are they still on schedule for sometime this year?

Should I assume this is in conjunction with the potential Browns move? Or completely separate? I am not very knowledgeable with the transit world so forgive me

Cleveland: Hotel Development
It's been quite awhile since I've been in this area at night, does anyone know if they have the building lit up similarly to their renderings?

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
I wish more of the supporters of the BP option understood that when the stadium opens for its first game, it isn't going to be surrounded by some glamorous village with all of the amenities. If they ever do in fact deliver on their total plan laid out in the renderings, that is going to take years and years to complete. So they will be walking out of the stadium to a massive surface parking lot and have to drive around to random bars nearby if they want to keep the party going.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I'm just really tired at this point. All the studies, forums, surveys, visions, public input has still led to zero. I'll always keep one eye on this development but my interest has been greatly reduced and definitely shifted to the more promising and ready Riverfront.

Don't forget the crown will also be lit too. If i remember, it was a bit of a last minute design addition so there's hardly any renderings

Also don't forget my miniscule nugget with the managing supervisor at FE telling the crew that delivered all the transformers and switchgear that they would be installing underground utilities for a second tower. I will try to poke around a bit tomorrow to see if I can find any updates.

Plus you are going to have a large, beautiful green space a stones throw away

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I'm sure this has been mentioned more than once upthread, so apologies, but if they decide to close Burke, would this be an option for a Browns stadium? Keeps it downtown and on the lake, while also getting a new stadium.

😑 I feel for you @Milkshake1. No regret getting out of my lease. Remember when we were supposed to be in there in October? Hopefully we can get a little UO meetup there before we are all in the grave

@KJP any updates on when the three art installations on the malls by Dion will be ready? I hope they weren’t cancelled.

Woah Woah quick-trigger, hostile man. It was a legitimate question. I used the quotation marks so you knew what I was referring to. Never once doubted you. If I was going to try to "s**t on you" I wouldn't make it subtle.
