i like how chittenden and eleventh are two way streets now. hopefully they will change summit and 4th to two way streets too. they really need it(re-route 23 again)

hmm.. well, the plan is to close 15th ave. off to traffic, creating a little plaza and widening the pedestrian crosswalk there, so i'm kinda thinking a parking garage would be out of place. (they also plan on opening up all the other blocked off streets to cars again (13, 14, 16, and i think maybe 18th)

i looked through the national register and didn't see it, so probably just locally

a main argument is columbus thinks that odot should be pushing to change this law, an urban signs vs. rural signs thing. also check out here http://www.retropolitanclub.com/signblog.html about how there is a huge billboard on 71 near cleveland larger than the columbus ones, but odot has been ignoring it

yes! maybe kroger can move up from 7th ave. and let someone else redo that eyesore
