^ Cool idea. I think Ohio City has a great flag. It's definitely a source and representation of civic pride.- Cleveland Browns Discussion
Which one was selected #1 in the draft? We need the best possible player at #1. There may still be some pretty darn good QBs with later picks. Rodgers dropped to Green Bay late in the first round. Had he not been there, they were strongly considering Charlie Frye.... Aaron Rodgers behind the Browns O-line would've been knocked out of the NFL.- Off Topic

LAme indeed. Los Angeles doesn't want the Chargers. There's only one person on earth who wanted the team to leave SD, and it happens to be the teams owner, Dean Spanos.- Cleveland: Downtown: Standard Building

My new life's goal is to eventually end up someplace where the government isn't dysfunctional.- Cleveland: Mayor Frank Jackson
Check out this maneuver from Mayor "Sly Fox" Jackson! Shouting match, threat of lawsuit after vote on Cleveland's dirt bike track proposal ....... During the contentious hearing, committee member Brian Kazy had been called out of the room for a meeting with Jackson on an unrelated matter. In Kazy's absence, Council President Kevin Kelley entered the room and announced that he had appointed himself to fill in for Kazy. Kazy returned just as committee members had cast their votes and said he wished to vote no. But by then, Kelley already had vote in favor of the proposal and said Kazy was too late for his vote to count.- Cleveland Cavs Discussion
The Dunleavy Era of Cavs basketball is over lol. ps. Say Mike, you're old and not good anymore...just go where you've been traded and shut up.- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Sure, all deserve cost-benefit analysis. So being "real," I still haven't heard you or anyone make the case that the Shoreway bridge deserves a future, at least not in its current configuration.- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Given the very high cost of maintaining the Shoreway bridge, are you positive that reworking the Shoreway isn't the most fiscally responsible measure to take?- Cleveland: Nautica Development

Just finished The OA last night. Well, it's mostly very good. The premise is ridiculous, however. It's hard to get past some of the scenes which were unintentionally hilarious.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon

Ah. I thought you were talking about a general curfew. Cleveland Heights implemented rules for Coventry and Lee Rd districts under which minors had to be accompanied by an adult if it was past a certain hour. It seems to have worked well. I'm not surprised the curfew works. But I've got to say, I don't have kids, but if I did, I would seriously think twice about moving to a community that had one. It's a real red flag imho. But mostly because being a kid is still pretty fresh in my mind. If I grew up having to be inside at night I'd have gone absolutely crazy.- Columbus: Downtown: Convention Center / North Market Area Developments and News

Agree. There's a tremendous "X-factor" with this part of town. You connect Gateway to the river, and that's a game changer. - Flag of the City of Cleveland
