Cleveland: Opportunity Corridor Boulevard
The road signage has gotten much better over the years. I mean it's confusing. I'm still waiting for them to inform poor out-of-towners that MLK inexplicably branches off to the right at a 90 degree angle ha ha.

^ East Shoreway to MLK. Maybe the nicest drive in the city.

Zeller would be great if there was no contact in the sport. Man he gets pushed around.

Cleveland: Downtown: Standard Building
If that is true about the tax credits in this case, then the tax credit program has to loosen up a bit. edit - well, this could be an obstacle. A comment from cleveland.com: the elevators are up against the back wall so you cant put windows there because there are no offices there

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Cleveland or the Basketball franchise? Also, was his description of the the Cavs franchise wrong after LeBron left? The energy and environment noticeably changed. You did see this is some fans blog and I would take that post with a grain of salt. To me it comes across as he doesn't like cold weather climates. Agree he likely doesn't like the cold. But still, he could've said Denver, Toronto, Boston, New York, Newark, Detroit, Indianapolis, Chicago, Minneapolis or Philadelphia. Oh come on.... This is that same "woe-is-me" Cleveland is inferior attitude that I've spoken about in the past. Why buy into that BS? I don't buy it. I love Cleveland. Ok then I don't understand your post or the reason for it other than this being the Cavs Forum. I posted it because it perhaps provides some insight on how the player feels about Cleveland.

Cleveland: Downtown: Residences at 1717
superior isnt the worst street- but its anti urban nature is still far from anything near acceptable for the city center. Heres hoping the additional l7l7 residents help push the balance toward a more pedestrian friendly, retail oriented street.

Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
Cadillac Ranch sucked, in the way that super large corporate bars always suck....but their outdoor patio certainly added some much needed life to the area.

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
We need to get the white a little whiter, and the black granite a little more polished......excellent....we have a building that looks like the Death Star.

Cleveland: Good Bars Showing World Cup Matches

Do you have a preference for east/west/downtown? I saw the last U.S. game at Deagans in Lakewood and the crowd was small but lively. On the other hand, at Merry Arts you couldn't even get through the door!

^ Brilliant! Man, the school's can make some real money off of all that free labor!

Interesting they replaced the panels on Breuer where the construction elevator was. And they didn't clean them? Seems it would've been easier to clean them before reinstalling them.

^ I like your idea for housing on that hillside. And it could be designed to make the river more accessible.

What Would You Re-Name the Cleveland Indians?
No way. No way do we lose the name Indians.
