  1. Also it's basically 66% occupied, only one left (Yes I counted the pending one) No windows on the entire side of the unit? I hope this is because of an additional phase.
  2. But selling out a football game and baseball game is not really comparable. And if we're going with "fans in the seats" as a measurement, then perhaps Cleveland isn't currently a sports town.
  3. Good job! In a previous life I was in an office overlooking the lake...so beautiful.
  4. And ya got the ship in the background too!
  5. Too lazy to respond. yet....you did respond....
  6. What's the timetable on Mariners watch? (too lazy to google)

So Kiper wouldn't have selected LaDainian Tomlinson?

Is it possible he meant "Guardian" Angels and just slipped up?
  10. Heinens has everyone I work with very excited. I cannot remember the last downtown project that sparked as much interest amongst the norms.
  11. From what I can remember, the building looked much better (whiter) in historic photographs. The contrast looked vastly better, and was not unlike this render.
  12. In 35 years of watching and playing baseball, I for the life of me cannot remember seeing a team give up two triples in a row. I picked a bad game to watch.

"Quincy Morgan gonna play Quincy Morgan football. You better bleee dat!" -Quincy Morgan - - Kenny Roda
  14. I suppose you speak of that setback, largely windowless brick box that's going up. So much of W117 needs to be detonated.
  15. Don't feel too bad. There are some very good and knowledgeable fans in Boston...though perhaps they are the minority.
  16. ^ Yeah that was me I'm a big fan of the Huntington. I mean, how many buildings can boast a Zeppelin dock.
  17. ^ I think the unique nature of Huntington (grand lobby, built-in retail) makes it a rather intriguing, let alone potentially enormous piece of the puzzle.
  18. I am bummed they already wrote off incorporating any of the church structure with the new development.
  19. I miss working there and visiting the little shops and walking through that stunning lobby. In some ways the place is a city unto itself. Lets hope that Heinens is the game changer in all this.
  20. Precisely! LOYAL TO HEINENS SINCE 2004
  21. Indians Fever. I can not wait to get over to the park next week!! Only game I've caught this summer was a Tribe win in Anaheim (actually dug the stadium quite a bit). Thursday. Astros. Be there.

^ some good defense material for Weeden I think.
  23. But is this really proactive? If a convenience store in Cleveland gets robbed once a month do they get the same letter?
  24. Still, you can't compare support for the Browns to support for the Indians. Just listen to sports talk radio. Annnd that's why I can't even listen to sports talk radio anymore. I've finally reached my breaking point. Such intense and narrow focus on the Cleveland Browns has just ruined it for me.
