Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
I honestly think if you correct errors like that, you should get compensated.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
That's a fair statement, but also completely unquantifiable.

^ Welcome to the forum. In your post you pointed out an example of bad architecture. So can you point out an example of good architecture; like an example that, in your opinion, would garner support from the people you know?

2022 U.S. Senate Race
I'd like to hear Vance actually elaborate on his push for more government involvement toward his social conservative agenda.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
^ Love it! But I somehow think those same buildings in Cleveland end up being gray haha.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Yup. This would be hilarious if it wasn't exactly true.

Cleveland: Warehouse District: Development and News
Cool. I don't think I ever even noticed the cornice was missing, but now I can't unsee it lol. Fun to think what might possibly get built adjacent....someday.....

Cleveland Mayoral Race 2021
This was a very well done spot. I agree with him that current leadership is missing out on a heck of a lot of opportunities.

2022 U.S. Senate Race
His vague statements about using "political power" to advance his religious social agenda are worrisome. But the acceptance of money from Thiel tells me he is not serious about actually pushing that kind of agenda.

^ Congrats to Tamba Bay lol.

2022 U.S. Senate Race
Hard to tell if J.D. Vance truly wants a bigger, more expansive government involvement in all of our lives, or is simply pandering here: https://nationalconservatism.org/natcon-dc-2019/presenters/jd-vance/

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Very cool to see what was recently a wasteland completely transformed in such a relatively short time.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Right. I just figured pessimistically the owners would drag their feet. So that the easiest route would be the public sidewalk.
-
Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I once suggested (and added a poorly done rendering) of how the boardwalk could simply be built above the current sidewalk in front of those particular buildings.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
I kinda wish the name change topic had its own thread, so I could avoid it.

Ha! Proud to say I know one of those brave heroes.

Cleveland: Bars / Nightlife News
The proximity to the Towpath opens up a lot more daytime options for the venue. Would love to see the music continue, with renovations that still keep the bar area as much the same as possible. It's just so cool and "new" places just don't have the same aura.

Cleveland: University Circle: Circle Square
Just wanted to say this could be one of my favorite renderings on UO. This has the look of a bigger city.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Why the kid gloves? This is a corporation, it's incapable of having its feelings hurt.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I'm not seeing outrage from anyone, but simply concern which, by all accounts, appears warranted.

Julie S. Young, the firm’s vice president for global corporate communications, told the editorial board via email that.... “We will follow the City of Cleveland’s standard rules and procedures,” she added, “along with their recommendations for ways to consider input from the public during the design review process.”

Favorite Music At The Moment?
Ha! That was the one cover song my band in college would play. We had a friend who would come up and sing that one, and play the extra bass part. Desire!!!!!

Perhaps if someone with mad skillz could place @FerrariEnzo's Devon images into a real city we could get a better appreciation of how this would/would not interact in an urban setting? Also it's a little uncanny how Devon looks a lot like the Polymer Science Building and EJ Thomas Hall at the University of Akron.
