Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
The Rose Building is a $100 million project that seems like it will happen if they win a T-MUD.

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
700 Prospect finally got their state historic credit approval!

Amazing news! I'd sure they will be going for a T-MUD. Seems like it would be a good Target location. I'm surprised Crains beat Ken to this scope, that usually does not happen.

Cleveland: Downtown: 45 Erieview Conversion
Great economy? Sarcasm I presume. I am surprised to see this as the building was almost done. Wow.

Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
CSU's Wolstein Center would be a better spot!

Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
Where downtown might this go?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Ten60 Bolivar Apartments
Looks awesome! On another note, the city or developers need to push to get electric lines buried in the ground.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
I love this AJ Rocco’s story ... one of the oldest buildings in CLE was extensively renovated ... a local property owner and local 'ma-and-pa' operator collaborate to create something special. Plus the apartment looks sweet!

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
I love this idea! It would be excellent for the neighborhood and residents.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
No, Twenty Lake didn't make any improvements. Can't wait to see what Playhouse Square has planned!

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
I can see them turn the ground floor into a jazz bar, restaurant, and lobby for a new-construction mid-rise residential.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
"Because of its size and location it's an important part of the fabric of downtown. Unfortunately with the focus on the river, the lakefront and a new stadium l'm afraid that city leaders and developers won't be able to give the building the necessary attention it needs to find the answer. Meanwhile the clock is ticking its way to demolition." I absolutely agree! 9th & Euclid = Main & Main. So this is a massively important site for downtown.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Looking great! The newer ones on Superior are attractive and improve the streetscape.
-
Cleveland: Hotel Development
I'd love to see it go to one of these sites ... - NY Spaghetti House site - Playhouse Square adjacent (either south on Prospect or to the north with Greyhound) - Flats East Bank, next to former E&Y Tower - on Sumner & 9th next to cemetery

Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
They should go near the CSU new arena, maybe on Payne near E. 19th area.

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Are Cleveland dot com reporters really that dim ... why did Megan Sims say the money is supporting the construction of the Lumen?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
This is a mystery. In case it matters, I think the Greyhound building is around 37000 sf. It sits on just over 2 acres.

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Any detectives out there know what PHS is going to do with this $ 2 million award?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
Amazing photos! Got any more old ones from that neighborhood?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Ten60 Bolivar Apartments
Is there a large construction crew actively working on this project?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: New Police Headquarters
With this, plus The Midway, plus the new CC HQ ... Superior will be a much nicer street in a few years
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
I bet that in the near future the AT&T / Daily Planet building gets developed.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
Maybe this site gets moved to the Playhouse Square thread. So much potential here.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
How about the Virgil E Brown Building, the City's "north point", and add the huge 1506 Superior parking lot + the vacant building at 1500 Superior (same owner). That would be a big development site.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Perhaps they are working on pre-sales there before breaking ground. Anyone know what's gonna happen with the County's Virgule Brown building?
