  1. This project will be a massive improvement to downtown!
  2. Yes! They should do something grand with the Greyhound building like a jazz bar / upscale restaurant. Or add a "Dave & Busters" type space somewhere in the neighborhood.
  3. A.J. Rocco’s expanding to 828 Huron https://www.cleveland.com/entertainment/2023/08/aj-roccos-expanding-to-bar-event-space-bnb-in-downtown-cleveland-photos.html
  4. Anyone know when they expect to open? Fall of 2024?
  5. Yep, Solstice Roasters is excellent. So much potential for Sumner and Erie Court to become something amazing. Glad to see the Bolivar Apartments kicking things off.
  6. This entire neighborhood has tons of potential. E.9th - E. 14th and Prospect to Carnegie. I feel big things are coming.
  7. When does Cross County Mortgage move into to the E. 21st and Superior area?
  8. Have the units all sold yet?
  9. In addition to the Buckley, I heard that PHS will add apartments to the IdeaCenter building.
  10. Medical Mutual will leave downtown Cleveland headquarters in favor of former American Greetings site in Brooklyn
  11. I heard that Park Place Technology is interested in moving their HQ to 1801 Superior.
  12. This project will make a HUGE impact around the eastern Gateway neighborhood!
  13. Did Knez sell all of the townhomes on Superior?
  14. The best development site near Progressive Field is the parking lot at the north-west corner of E. 9th & Bolivar. Much bigger than Geis site and a new mid-rise would look directly into the baseball field.
  15. This might be the biggest historic renovation ever in the state of Ohio!
  16. What happened to The Midway plans?? Superior really needs it already!!
  17. I love the design
  18. Hey KLP! Awesome post! What is "Sumner Court"?
  19. How is Knez doing with sales?
  20. The City screwed Pace over. He's a great developer. The city's administration is a problem.
  21. They should build the R&D site on Gilbert's river view site
  22. We all want the Warehouse District parking lots to get developed (even if SH doesn't take them). I've heard that Cleveland City Council is thinking of doing away with the 15 year residential property tax rebate. If this happens, we should all assume ZERO new development on downtown surface lots for housing in the foreseeable future.
