  4. This is the proposed Woodward-Palmer-Cass-Kirby Historic District. The University Cultural Center Association is trying to get this made a historic district to block Ernie Schaefer's bid to tear down several of the apartment buildings for a 10-story residential housing complex. Don't forget to check out the Detroit Demolition Watch Thread.   7. A wall of what might be Cincinnati's oldest brewery collapsed over the weekend. The Clyffside complex includes 7 buildings. The one that fell is said to be built in 1845.
