This project will fly through because it is backed UCI. consider the traffic flow back into LI during peak hours. the market for market rate apartments is saturated. i would love to see the market study, interest rates are rising and cleveland is not a growing market other than the millennial demographic and the prime drivers in the institutions. since Uci already bought the land they are committed and will proceed and receive every quasi governmental subsidies possible. another lawsuit could stop/delay the project as its mass will diminish the value of adjacent property owners.
