That is an understatement. That theatre is an absolute DUMP! People in Fairborn are too occupied with sprawl and competing with Beavercreek for any cheesy chain while Fairborn's downtown continues to spiral to the ground. Seriously, this needs to be saved and restored. It is a vital part to downtown Fairborn. It does need to be saved and the city leaders are too concerned with competing with larger cities. But saying that the theater is a dump is a little harsh. Comments and viewpoints like that is what causes old buildings to be torn down. Do you and your friends frequent downtown Fairborn businesses?
