Cleveland: Flats East Bank
given the fact that other developments have come about after his original proposal that have higher design standards i would think he would rework much of this when its ready to be built

Cleveland: Random Development and News
hah theres a lot to keep track of. when these all start getting built there should be a seperate "random cleveland construction" thread to keep track of whats being built and whats being planned. nice to hear more condos being planned for the warehouse district and lighthouse landing wasnt even mentioned heh

Help! Need Pittsburgh advice!
I would also look into checking out the Warhol Museum and Mattress Factory (depending on what shows are going on, sometimes its a bummer if they're transitioning between two shows) as well if you're into the art scene stuff. i would also agree however that the place is strange to navigate through and theres usually need for multiple maps.

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
^it was already updated...? im liking the idea of reusing the light industry stuff and mixing it with new buildings. however is a casino really even needed? makes the whole trolley thing under the detroit-superior bridge seem even more of a good idea too...

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District

Cleveland: University Circle: Uptown (UARD)
Case selects development team for Triangle project 2:20 p.m. Case Western Reserve University has conditionally selected the team of Mesirow-Stein Financial of Chicago and MRN Ltd. of Cleveland to develop the high-profile Triangle project, otherwise known as the Arts and Retail District. The other remaining contender in the selection process was Developers Diversified Realty of Beachwood. The decision “allows the unvierstity to enter exclusive negotations with the team concerning final scope and details and then to seek final approval from trustees,” Russell Berusch, Case’s vice president for commercial development, said Thursday.
