Downtown Ramp Up continues to produce drastic changes. Snatched a few from various spots along Short Street, which runs under some of the new ramps:
  2. Few more from Parkline in Grandview Yard
  3. Couple days ago from Elevate at Fulton and Grant
  4. Few more looks at the Westrich project at Rich and McDowell
  5. Merchant rises in the distance- from the Main Street Bridge
  6. Got a few more early looks from the new terminal site... So many obstacles make getting decent shots from here difficult af This last one, you can make out some vertical movement through the fence
  7. Few different looks at the Merchant- from various spots to the east
  8. Had a few extra minutes while in Quarry Trails recently... Tried to get a few looks at progress across the site for those who might not have a chance to check it out regularly... MFH buildings 7 & 8 (of 21) rise in CQT A little further back shows 7 & 8 rising in the distance. The area to the left is where the 2 rows of 21 apartment buildings will be built. SFH's continue to rise in the area on the right SFH's rise in CQT near Quarry Trails Drive More MFH rises at the RockPointe site on the north bank A couple maps for reference:

The Downtown Ramp Up project continues to make the southern edge of downtown virtually unrecognizable... Can't wait to see the transformation of the area from High to Third- which will ramp up after the Front St bridge opens back up
  10. Next time you're in NA- try going 161 to Mink to Green Chapel to 62 to Beech. Once on Beech, take it tll you hit Jug. I would then take a stroll down Jug. Take Jug all the way back to Beech and take it all the way to Morse. That'll get you some good looks at most of Intel, a couple of the new tech parks, some of the Amazon and Meta stuff plus all the other projects on Beech. That entire loop is one giant construction zone, with dozens of projects all under construction at the same time! It is quite the site to see
  11. The project that adds mini roundabouts on certain north/south approaches to Dublin Granville Rd continues to move along as work has moved east of Maple Canyon Avenue. The redesigned streets effectively eliminate left turns to and from the access road that runs along 161 from Sinclair/Huntley to Cleveland Ave. Improvements include adding pedestrian and bike facilities, new traffic signals, pavement widening and resurfacing, raised medians on the side streets and the installation of mini roundabouts on the side streets. The project currently is focused on the Parkville Street-Spring Run Drive areas just east of Maple Canyon Ave. Spring Run Drive, which is the northern approach at this intersection, along with a new roundabout at Fuji Dr, is complete and open. Work currently continues on the southern approach at this intersection, Parkville Street. I snatched a quick look at ongoing work on Parkville Street as crews build another mini roundabout in the distance: *I had a chance to see how the first few redesigned approaches are working and I must say they really make a difference- as all of the traffic blocking the intersection from the access roads is non-existent.
  12. Elevate 340 on Fulton- from the freeway below
  13. Couple quick checks on progress at Jaycee Arms- from yesterday evening. For those familiar with the site, parts of the old brick wall along S 5th St and along Main St began to come down yesterday
  14. Another set from the Merchant... Yesterday between raindrops In the distance, from Chittenden In the distance, from near Fifth A couple hours later, passing by, south on Third
  15. Closer and closer to peeking over the fence at NCH...
  16. Few more from the Gravity's as work continues on Gravity Greenhouse
  17. Streetscape upgrades continue along W State St near the Peninsula and Gravity State and McDowell And a quick look at McDowell St- as work is now focused on the east side of the street
  18. This article has some decent info about the project: Yahoo NewsAEP project to improve power capacity on South Side near...The Parsons Avenue Transmission Project will replace five miles of outdated electrical towers to benefit residents and a "future AEP customer."
  19. Little update on the Parsons Ave Transmission Project... Crews began removing the first tower north of Williams Rd today. This next stretch, from Williams Rd to Ziegler Ave, will be a little tricky as most of the towers are very close to houses and businesses along Parsons These are from a couple hours ago as the first tower north of Williams Rd began to come down
  20. New Barnett Branch on Livingston
