Freeway work near Miranova

Thanks! I love seeing all the development going on seemingly everywhere across Franklin County!

We were just out in New Albany, so i took a spin around the Intel site again. Clearing continues in multiple different areas on and around the site: The Jug Street rebuilding and widening is moving along as well Crews were also building a new roundabout where Jug Street and the new Harrison Rd Extension come together.

Crews are prepping the site where the apartment building will be at Kingsdale.

Crews are currently running high tension power lines along Rathmell to the Google Data Center thats being built off Parsons on the far south side i was able to get up to the workers parking lot to get a peek of the first building going up

Looks like this massive project on the far south side is about to begin. This is across the street from Hamilton Township HS

Steel rising at Arlington Gateway

Not on site. (Site grading is expected to start in July.) Those pics are from just down from the site. But there's lots going on virtually everywhere that's within a few miles of the site all the way from Beech to Mink. Utility crews are seemingly everywhere. The main thing happening on the actual site right now is more houses and trees being tore down... There's probably ten more houses gone today from just a few days ago. Everyone on Miller Rd (from Clover Valley to Mink) has to be out by today because Miller closes for good Wednesday. Once that closes, all the remaining houses and trees on site will come down. That portion of what is currently Miller Rd will also be part of the Intel site.

We was out there earlier today and it's really starting to get crazy out there. There was a lot more going on out there today than there was even a week ago. I got a few pics but you'll probably have to zoom in- this was as close as i could get. There's stuff like this going on in numerous areas near the site- and this is just the very early stages of what's about to go down!

Arlington Gateway really starting to make its presence felt along Lane

I was in New Albany a little earlier, so i took a quick spin around the Intel site... Signs are now posted on sections of Miller Rd (where all the houses will be coming down) and sections of Clover Valley Rd, that they will both be closing June 8th. I think we should see work around the Intel site really begin to intensify in the next couple weeks!

Looks like the Woodcliff condo buildings at Broad & Hamilton should (finally!) be coming down soon! Crews were at the site earlier today clearing all the felled trees that were littering the property. The 1000-plus residential units planned for this site will be a huge shot in the arm for this part of Whitehall.
