Very busy at Gravity 2 today... and McDowell is basically one big construction zone now (I'm assuming it's in anticipation of River and Rich phase two)

Looks like another new art installation is going up near Children's Hospital

I just went through there too. They have signage up now saying Oak Street through there will close tomorrow... I'm assuming that means we should (hopefully) start seeing lots of activity there after that?!

Progress continues on a new Amazon Data Center on Houchard Rd (near 33)

New OSU medical buildings going up in Dublin (near 33)

The new Sheetz location on North Meadows Blvd (near 161 and Busch Blvd) looks to be close to opening!

Kind of hard to see because it's rainy but it looks like 4th and 5th is now vertical!!

The old White Castle District Office on 5th is coming down, making way for another residential building.

The Grandview Ave/Dublin Rd intersection is changing rapidly. This new Sheetz location is rising very quick: Across the street at Grandview Crossing, the buildings fronting Dublin Rd are coming along as well.

yes! there is still one there- afaik it is still open

Crews have now cleared the entire eastern part of the property at Kingsdale... Hopefully this means construction could start soon on the new apartment building going in along Northwest Blvd.
