There's some activity on site where the new parking garage is set to start soon!

That whole area is seemingly one huge construction zone (with phase two of River&Rich and Gravity 3 still to come!!!) so im assuming/hoping they'll bury them now. Speaking of moving power lines- I read the developer is ready to put some residential buildings in the lots between the new Chipotle HQ and the old Brothers building but they're waiting for all those power lines to be moved. Does anyone have any idea how long it may take for crews to remove/reroute multiple power lines so those can move forward?

Some of the roads in the Grandview Crossing development are now open to traffic.

I'd been wanting to walk through there for a while now but either the gates were always closed or the weather was bad. Today seemed like a perfect day, so I went for it.

Didn't stop for a pic but just went by Wilcox and High a few minutes ago... There are at least four workers on site! At this rate, maybe it will be completed by 2023ish?

This new Turkey Hill location near Polaris and 23N isn't quite open yet but will include a Popeyes and a Cinnabon inside when complete...

The Lyra Drive extension looks like it is about complete.

Alrosa Villa is completely down now. The piece of land they're clearing out for the new apartments is quite a bit bigger than where the old building sat:

looks like a new entrance is being built at Kingsdale sorry this was supposed to go in "Upper Arlington". feel free to move it. no idea how it ended up here.

i will def try to get one or two a day if i can. sometimes i will have like an hour and a half to kill for my job, so i can just drive wherever while im waiting!

unfortunately, it was a ($hitty) gift! lol
