of course, there was no way for me to confirm any of that... He did also mention that just this past weekend someone drove into the corner of the building (he said if that building wasn't there, they would have drove right into the river) -so I'm hoping there's no structural damage.

That's correct... That is the eight story office building that's part of Gravity 2. (and Ohio Health is taking part of it.) I don't think any of Gravity 3 has been approved as of yet.

yep that's the one! i agree, it could be a neat spot.

When i was taking this, i asked one of the workers if there was any updates on that old building that sits right next to the new pedestrian bridge... He said it was originally slated for demolition, but someone recently bought it and that they plan on opening a bar in it.

Was out on Rathmell Rd on the far south side of the city a few minutes ago... There's not much here yet, but crews are clearing this property for a large Data Center.

There was a city worker out on site that said he thinks the old one is supposed to close in December. That could give us a clue as to when the new one may be open.

i know they're not the best quality, (my phone's not the greatest)... but i get to check a lot of this stuff out while I'm at work. i figured since I'm there anyway, i can try to get a pic for anyone that mite be interested in seeing how things are progressing

Was just on 5th and got this of The Crossline apartment building real quick... 5th Avenue has some serious momentum now! I'm really excited to see it once The Lusso breaks ground.

This is near South High Street and Southgate where a few hundred more apartments are going in. (it's extremely busy through there, so the only way I could get a shot was to go to the back of the property)

When i drove up closer, it looked like the main part they were currently working on is the area between the two main buildings.
