Another new building begins to rise at Gravity 2!

work has started on the second floor at 1550 Kenny Rd

Today crews are landscaping around the new apartment building that's going in directly behind Cavan Irish Pub (at South High St and West Jenkins Ave.) where an old warehouse used to sit.

Here's another shot at the old Macy's site... This is from the Northwest Blvd side.

Got this earlier from the stoplight at Huntley Rd and Wilson Bridge Rd... It's a shot of the new decorative walls that are being built as part of the Northeast Gateway Project. It's not the most amazing pic but its the best i could get while sitting at the light.

after being stalled again for many months, i went by here today and there was actually some activity on site again! i only saw one or two guys and a ladder, but it's better than nothing...

i was on Marconi a few minutes ago and snapped this real quick... it's kind of hard to see because its looking straight into the sun

Everything is moving right along... So many projects, it's hard to keep track of them all!! & im loving it!

nice- i was wondering when this was going to come down... so much momentum in that area!

Here's another view of the first building going up at the old Macy's location...

Crews are prepping this area for the next phase of the downtown freeway reconstruction... Construction starts on this particular section, which is right next to Miranova, this coming spring.

i was just in UA and snapped this at the old Lazarus/Macy's real quick... (you might have to zoom in a little, i couldnt get any closer at the time)

Where are posts about the Quarry Trails development supposed to go? i was just curious since some of it is supposed to open this month.

couldn't agree more with everything u said... I'm kinda lucky... for my job, i have to drive all over Franklin County (and I can take any route i want) and i get reimbursed for all miles driven. So i end up getting to keep tabs on all the development and get paid for it! there is definitely a plethora of new development all over Central Ohio- & things seem to be gaining even more steam and I couldn't be more excited!

i was just down by the stadium... the smokestack is currently getting its first coat of yellow paint!

Macy's is officially down! I just watched them take the last part of it down.

i remember reading in The Lantern a couple years ago that it would have at least 120 rooms and be around 11 stories tall, but of course that might not be the plan now...

I'm probably most excited about the transformation of Pearl Alley. Its going to be sweet back there when complete.
