I was at Rickenbacker Wednesday afternoon so I thought I'd go over and get a quick look at the Anduril site to see just how close to Rickenbacker this site is. The main part of the Anduril site sits near where Airbase Rd deadends at Walnut Creek Pike. Currently the site is roughly five minutes from Rickenbacker using Ashville Pike to Airbase Rd. but once Rickenbacker Pkwy E is connected to Airbase Rd (near Firing Range Rd) the site is just a couple minutes from RIA

Scheduled for Columbus City Council meeting Monday, February 3, 2025 Advancing the Capital Line Project Councilmember Lourdes Barroso de Padilla is sponsoring ordinance 0141-2025, which authorizes the Department of Public Service to partner with the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation (CDDC) for the Capital Line Project. This two-mile bike and pedestrian pathway along Gay, Fourth, and Rich Streets and across the Broad and Town Street bridges to the Scioto Peninsula will connect key downtown attractions, greenspaces, job centers, and residential areas while catalyzing new economic investment along the route.

Checked on a few more Intel related infrastructure projects xmas eve- Briscoe Parkway- a new road that connects Harrison Rd to Clover Valley near the Intel site is open. (Work is also now underway on the next segment of Briscoe that will run between Harrison and Horizon Ct) The building in the background is DSV's massive new logistics facility Mink St is one of the last streets to be finished around the site. Streetlights are up, multi use paths open and Mink St itself has been rebuilt and widened from 161 to the Intel site A new roundabout on Mink (which will soon connect Mink to the Harrison Rd extension at Clover Valley) marks the southeast corner of the Intel site New water tower on Clover Valley directly west of Intel
