Reynoldsburg undertaking $31-million renovation and expansion of service complex "The city of Reynoldsburg is embarking on a $31-million renovation and expansion of its service building to better serve residents and city employees as the suburb on Columbus' east side continues to grow. The project will consolidate the city's street, parks and recreation, water/wastewater, and stormwater departments into an expanded service building at 7806 E. Main St. that's currently home to the city's street department, Reynoldsburg Mayor Joe Begeny said. Once the project is complete, the East Main Street site will have a new administrative building, maintenance bay, fuel station, and sufficient storage space.   19. Yes- it will be on the land directly behind it. The plan is to move that building soon, so new construction on both Rathmell and High can be completed

Atlanta based convenience store chain RaceTrac opening string of Central Ohio locations "RaceTrac, a 90-year-old convenience store chain that started in 1934, with over 500 locations throughout the nation, appears to be opening a string of Central Ohio stores for the first time. Work on one location will start in 2025, located at U.S. Route 36/State Route 37 at Davidson Lane in Delaware, OH. According to Franklin County property records, RaceTrac also bought 16 more acres of land near South High St. and Rathmell Rd., and another 10 acres on Alum Creek Drive near Rickenbacker Airport. Circle K opening distribution center near Rickenbacker Charlotte-based Circle K has signed a lease for a 266,000-square-foot distribution center in Lockbourne to support its Midwest store base. “Columbus has grown as a supply chain crossroads over the last 10 years, connecting the Midwest to the East Coast, with a favorable location along the I-70 corridor, a growing economy and a strong workforce,” the company said in a statement. The Lockbourne site is one of three new distribution centers the retailer is opening.
