The Holton Road Improvement project, which will add multi-use paths, street lighting and other upgrades from Hoover Road to Buckeye Parkway on the southeast side of GC continues to move along... Crews recently finished up work on the new decorative lighting and new multi-use paths that will run along the north side of Holton Road
