The speakers are positioned in a way that it's pretty loud when you're near the fountain, but once you leave the fountain area, you can barely hear it. I don't think it will be a problem.

Finishing touches on the fountain ahead of today's reopening Crews were testing different parts of the fountain late last night. I tried to get as many as I could The speakers were also being tested last night and they are an absolute game changer for the atmosphere around the fountain.
