Got a few final looks at the Stella, now that she's finished- *the road connecting the Stella and the Lusso (in the back) is open now as well!

Passing the Merchant on Third

The stretch of 161 from Cleveland Ave to Sinclair is certainly looking different these days, with lots of upcoming improvements still to come! The latest roundabout being built on one of the north/south approaches to 161 is the Spring Run Drive at Fuji Drive roundabout. It is now open I included the map below again if anyone is interested in which approaches still have upcoming work. Another project underway in the area adds multi use paths along 161. These are being built between 161 and the access roads that runs along this stretch of the corridor. I managed to get a few quick looks at some of the new multi use paths yesterday:

The northern part of the new Great Southern Metro Park is open off of Williams Road near South High *The entire park isn't open as work still progresses in other areas

Had a chance to get a few looks at the massive Sugar Farms development while in the area. Located just south of Hilliard on the far west side of Columbus- Sugar Farms will add 1,098 housing units over 369 acres on the east side of Alton Darby Creek Road and south of Roberts Road. Sugar Farms will include single-family residences, patio homes, apartments and 81 acres of green space.

Few looks at the new bridge decks being built on the southern edge of Downtown as part of Downtown Ramp Up. These will eventually hold the Front Street Bridge and the crossover to Fulton St for Inbound Downtown ramps This part of the project is shown on the map below in light purple (Phase 4R)- specifically where the new ramp crosses over the red just before Front St

The Packard on W. 5th Ave converts the Marble Cliff Gateway Mansion into 16 condos

Multiple buildings rising at Keeneland Place, an apartment complex that will add 384 more units to the Hoover Rd corridor

Got a few quick ones from the Westrich project while at Dodge Park earlier Quick look at one of the new ramps rising as part of the Downtown Ramp Up project as it crosses over a flooded Scioto River before it crosses over the edge of Dodge Park

It looks even bigger from Dublin Road! (especially right now because the trees along Dublin Road were recently trimmed)

Few more looks at the ever changing Quarry Trails MFH rising in Central QT (The apartments above can be seen in the rendering below. The 21 apartment buildings are stacked together in the upper right of the rendering- next to the SFH's) Work has started on yet another phase of housing as progress continues to move north across CQT Couple quick looks at the pedestrian bridges being built along Trabue that will help form a new multi-use path connecting QT to Riverside Dr
