A few more Intel related projects have kicked off since last week- Work has started on the new roundabout going in at Mink and Green Chapel on the northeast corner of the site- this is supposed to be built and opened back up within 60 days Further west on Green Chapel, a roundabout is being built at what will be the northern entrance to the Ohio One campus A new intersection is being built on the southwest corner of the site- where Clover Valley and the recently built Harrison Rd extension come together And one from the northwest corner where Clover Valley is being widened along the western edge of the site Can't wait for some of these projects around the site to move along and open back up. There are detours and closures seemingly everywhere

Infrastructure work continues to move north along Beech Rd toward St Rt 62 Snatched a couple from Beech Rd at Miller Rd where Amazon bought hundreds of acres for up to 29 more Data Centers

Work is underway on a new four-story apartment building called Clover Glen at the corner of West Broad and Galloway Rd

The westerly march of new warehouses continues from Rickenbacker toward 23 along London Groveport Rd Early site prep work is well underway for yet another cluster of warehouses on the far south side. This one is in the 6700 block of Lockbourne Rd just south of the new roundabout at London Groveport Rd The road on the right is Lockbourne Rd heading south The warehouse in the distance is one of the many Amazon buildings on London Groveport The warehouse in the distance is the back of another new warehouse going up along London Groveport
