So many projects underway at Quarry Trails these days! Thought I'd check the progress on some of them-

I just went through there again about twenty minutes ago and it definitely appears that they are starting to prep the area for construction of the new pedestrian bridge and connecting paths!

Noticed some work has started just off Souder Ave near the entrance to The Boathouse at Confluence Park- Anyone know if this has anything to do with the new pedestrian bridge planned near here?

Saw these parked up by the building tonight. Maybe they'll be coming down soon?!?

Snatched a few of some of the different infrastructure projects happening around the Intel site today while I was in New Albany- Curb work is underway on the Mink St widening project -looking south on Mink Looking north on Mink - Intel site is ahead on the left A new road is being built to connect Clover Valley to Mink A few from the corner of Mink St and Green Chapel Rd. - Crews will build a new roundabout here starting next week Curb work has started on Green Chapel as well (looking west on Green Chapel) And a few from the corner of Green Chapel and Clover Valley- looking toward where Phase One at Intel will rise Looking east on Green Chapel (widening to five lanes) - Intel is on the right Looking south on Clover Valley (widening to five lanes) - Intel is on the left

More MFH rising at Beulah Park- In addition to all the other housing going up on site, I counted at least six more apartment buildings currently under construction

Tried to get a shot or two from each side of Jaeger Square as it begins to rise... Starting from Barcelona looking north on Jaeger Street From Barcelona looking east on Whittier St First alley to the left- looking north Kossuth St- the northern edge And from Kossuth, looking south on Jaeger Street toward Whittier

Looks like work on the roundabout being built at Mink St and Green Chapel on the northeastern edge of the Intel site should start in a couple weeks. This is also where New Albany and Johnstown will meet, assuming the city of Johnstown approves the recently requested annexation of the land north of Green Chapel - "The intersection of Green Chapel Road and Mink Street will be closed to through traffic starting on or around Monday, July 24. Was out near the WestBend site a little earlier. It was a lot busier than I've seen. There's still clearly a lot to clean up as you can see behind the treeline but the western part of the site is looking good!
