Delaware / Ohio Wesleyan University: Developments and News
I had to go up to Bucyrus yesterday. On my way back I made a quick loop around the massive Addison Farms project^ on the north side of Delaware. I didn't get any pics because it was raining but they are moving massive amounts of dirt on numerous different parts of the site now. Work is well underway on two different connectors to the development as well... One at the light where Hudson Rd hits 23 and one on Hills-Miller Rd about halfway between Troy Rd & 23

New Albany: Ohio One (Intel Semiconductor Facility)
Just wanted to correct a little information I posted a couple days ago... I thought the foundation pour scheduled for June 29th was the final pour on Phase One at Intel. Turns out that is just the final pour scheduled in June. They also have concrete pours scheduled for July 11th & 20th as well.

New Albany: Ohio One (Intel Semiconductor Facility)
Numerous infrastructure projects around the Intel site continue to move along. Currently, two of the most noticeable are the Mink St widening from two lanes to five lanes and the widening of Green Chapel Rd from two lanes to five lanes. Couple from the Green Chapel widening (from Mink to Clover Valley) And a few from the Mink St widening (from 161 to Green Chapel) Edit: I thought the foundation pour scheduled for June 29th was the final pour. They actually have pours scheduled for a couple days in July as well.
