Work continues on the roundabout and other upgrades on Maple Canyon Ave, just south of 161 Construction hasn't started on the roundabout going in on Maple Canyon Ave north of 161 as of yet. Also- Prep work started on the northern approach of the intersection at 161 and Karl Rd a few months ago. I noticed today, signage is now up, notifying drivers construction on the roundabout being built on Karl Rd just north of 161 will start April 17

Pickerington City Council votes to move forward with 212-acre development plan "Pickerington City Council announced they are moving forward with a plan to build commercial and residential properties on a 212-acre lot in Violet Township, at 8185 Pickerington Road, after a 6-1 vote. Out of the 212 acres, the city will be using 75 of those acres for single-family homes, 20 for condos and another 50+ for commercial use, leaving 62 acres for green and open space. The ordinance was put on the agenda as a safety emergency.
