I was out near Scioto Downs a little earlier so I snatched a couple quick ones of the new grandstands And construction at the Google Data Center complex continues to move south towards Scioto Downs as well

I'm pretty sure they already started work on this! If it's where I think it is, it's very noticeable when coming up Alum Creek Dr from 104

It does suck to see mature trees coming down, but the silver lining is River and Rich 2 could get underway soon... I asked one of the guys that was with the crew if he knew why they were cutting them down, and he said "new apartments". I can't remember, has River and Rich 2 received final approval?

Crews started clearing the trees out of the lot tonite along Rich St at McDowell- where River and Rich 2 is planned. I had some interesting timing- I just so happened to be on Rich headed downtown and noticed this big boy was about to come down...
