  1. It is vertical but still kind of hard to see because of the concrete wall along 5th Avenue through there. Looks like very soon it will be peeking its head up over the side though!
  2. Dirt moving where Marker plans the second Crossline building (Godman Guild site)
  3. I jotted down a list the other day of projects around the city that appear they should (or could) start vertical construction within the next 30 days, assuming there's no "supply chain issues"... • new Gahanna High School • apartment building at Quarry Trails (x2) • The Orchards • site next to Mt. Carmel • The Peer on 7th • Bojangles on Hilliard Rome Rd • Warehouse development across the street from Bojangles • The Rambler • Jaeger Square • former Rice Paddy site • Retreat at Scioto Creek (on Hall Rd near Georgesville and 270) • Zora's House (maybe closer to 45 days) These were also on my list when I compiled it, but have since already went vertical: • Columbus Castings (vertical last wk) • Office Park at Astor Park (vertical last wk) • The Ethan (vertical today) Anyone have any to add to the list?
  4. sure! that sounds like fun! I'll put it together and post it in the random thread here in just a little bit
  5. The Rambler is the project on Lane (where Harrison House was). I don't recall hearing a name for the E 7th project yet. On a side note- have you guys noticed how many projects around the city appear ready to start vertical construction? I was jotting down a quick list off the top of my head a few days ago, of projects that look like they should/could go vertical in the next 30 days and I came up with at least fifteen!
  6. Worthington Gateway continues to move along
  7. This is great news! I know someone who plays on the Upper Arlington High School team and to say that the city desperately needs numerous more sheets of ice, would be an understatement.
  8. New community center on Kimberly Parkway
  9. MFH popping up all along the Stelzer Rd corridor- Snatched a few from Cassady Ave near Agler Rd, as the buildout of numerous housing developments continues between John Glenn and Easton
  10. Remember, only about 25% of the park is open. They are opening up more of the park in numerous phases over the next few years. If you drive back past the SFH's and apartments they are currently building, there's a dirt "road" you can take to see more of the connecting paths and the next huge plot of land they are currently prepping for more housing.
  11. Crews started tearing down the former church at the corner of Markison and Washington today. More housing will be built in its place: "A developer called Bexley Manning 569 Holdings is proposing 17 apartments, most of them townhome style with garage parking, on two Merion Village lots. The development would require the demolition of the former Washington Avenue United Methodist Church, although its bell tower would be preserved. A parking lot on the south is also part of the development site." https://www.dispatch.com/story/business/2021/03/25/columbus-apartment-boom-continues-into-2021/4629497001/
  12. Progress continues on the new Minerva Park Middle School on Farview Dr (just off 161)
  13. Now that the demo funds have been approved, things are really picking up at Broad and Hamilton. Numerous buildings were coming down a little earlier...
  14. Few more from Easton Place Homes- These are going up pretty quick!
