Looks like the old farmhouse at Rathmell and Lockbourne could be coming down soon... This is where the massive Buckstone development is planned (adjacent to the Buckstone Flats site that's already under construction).

Numerous buildings rising at Silicon Heartland Innovation Park

Crews have started clearing trees ahead of some upcoming infrastructure projects around the Intel site. They are clearing a portion of Clover Valley Rd now before they move to Green Chapel Rd. and then on to Mink Rd. This is all being done in anticipation of road widening that's supposed to start sometime in March/April on the streets that surround the site. These are from Clover Valley Rd directly across from the Intel site.

Looks like Eastland Mall will close for good this week and be demolished for redevelopment... "Eastland Mall, an East Side landmark for more than five decades and once a shopping mecca for Greater Columbus residents, is shutting down at the end of this week, according to the Columbus city attorney's office.
