I think The Stella will be four (maybe 5?) stories and The Lusso will be six. (i couldn't double check though, my CBF subscription expired lol) I checked The Lusso today too on my way through and it's not vertical yet, but it doesn't look too far off!

We live in Merion Village. You can definitely feel the momentum building in multiple different areas of the south side now, even compared to just a year or two ago!

Things really picking up at Broad & Hamilton now. On the western part of the property, crews are still working on tearing down the old buildings On the eastern part of the property, in the area where the Four Seasons Golf Dome used to be, crews started moving dirt today!

Although they're a little behind schedule- major upgrades along 161 between Sinclair Rd and Cleveland Ave have finally kicked off. The initial part of the project has started at Maple Canyon & 161: "The project includes creating roundabouts on Maple Canyon several blocks north and south of Route 161. Also, pedestrian and bike facilities will be added, new traffic signals installed, pavement widened and resurfaced and raised medians on Maple Canyon." The refreshing of the old Schottenstein's site continues. Can't believe how different that entire corner already looks with just some fresh paint and a fresh parking lot! It will be great to see this corner alive again soon with both the factory and the housing.
