  1. Few different looks of the apartment building going up at Kingsdale
  2. I drove as far back as I could get today. There's multiple buildings toward the back still under construction, but if I had to guess, I would assume those are the last ones.
  3. The buildout of Windmiller Pointe continues at S High and Southgate
  4. Cleanup activities have begun on the back part of the property where Steelton Village is planned.
  5. That place is just so damn delicious that I felt like it deserved a shameless plug!
  6. The first of 14 apartment buildings going up at Rathmell and Lockbourne as part of Buckstone Flats topped out today.
  7. Got a quick one earlier while I was waiting at Cilantro Latin Bistro food truck near King and Kenny. If you haven't had one of their amazing arepas you are truly missing out.
  8. Couple different looks at 4th & 5th Pace finally picking up on the parking garage portion too!
  9. One of the two sites that recently broke ground near Mount Carmel is starting vertical construction today. The other site, the larger of the two, should go vertical any day now as well.
  10. We were at the North Market a little earlier. On my way out I asked one of the construction workers if he knew when they were going to close the parking lot. He said they are preparing things for that right now and he expects it to be fenced off "pretty soon"!
  11. yeah it took them multiple weeks to put that fence up! that site is massive- and the southern border of the property will actually extend even further- to about half way between Jug and where Miller Rd was once they move on to the next phase. next time you're out there- try to go 161 and get off at Beech. Then turn on Jug to Mink to Green Chapel to Clover Valley. That's probably my favorite route to see the most activity- Jug is definitely worth going down. Its already basically one big construction site from Beech to Mink- with multiple more projects about to kick off. When they start all the road construction around the site (in March/April) it's going to feel like a war zone out there! i can't wait!
  12. Did you go all the way around the entire site? There's definitely not very many places along Mink to see much, but there are a couple good spots along Green Chapel and one decent spot on Clover Valley just after you turn off of Green Chapel. The mounding around the site is a little annoying, but once vertical construction starts, it shouldn't get in the way too much.
  13. Greenhouse can now be seen from High St. Got a few from Price Ave while i was in the area.
