The Orthopedic and Surgery Center from the side and rear and the new parking garage looks like it could be finished up soon

o man, you guys are gonna love this one! lol so i stopped by Jaeger Square on my way home to see how much progress they've made over the last few days. i was taking a quick picture when i heard someone yell at me from the porch of one of the houses directly across the street. It was an older lady, and she shouted, "are you likin' it? or hatin' it?" I answered, "liking it? I'm lovin' it! I love whales!" She just threw her hands up in the air and goes "argh"! And then proceeded to turn around and go inside! 😂🤣 (btw her house was one of the ones that had multiple yards signs up against the project lol) Anyways- here's the picture i was taking when all this was goin' down

There definitely seems to be a lot of "gray" areas!

That appears to be Hamilton Rd... If it is, they're currently rebuilding parts of it. Right now they're doing the stretch from near Groves Rd to Refugee Rd. I believe they're rebuilding and adding sidewalks as they go.

I was actually wondering the same thing last night because i have noticed it posted in both as well. So i double checked the boundaries of Harrison West last night and everything I could find indicated it officially starts at 5th Avenue. http://harrisonwest.org/residents/about-harrison-west/harrison-west-boundaries/ I also read in the CU article I linked below that the King & High project needed approval by the University Impact Review Board (UIDRB) and the zoning decisions were made by the University Area Commission, so i thought it was best to put it here. 🤷 https://columbusunderground.com/king-and-high-project-approved-after-two-year-process-bw1/

Construction on the roundabout in the Little Turtle neighborhood appears to be close to starting. It also appears the protesters have given up. There wasn't a single one in sight!

Houses continue to come down at the site of VanTrust's 500-acre "New Albany Tech Park". There are only two more houses left (on the main part of the site) that still need to come down. People were actively moving out of one of them today.

Got a quick one earlier of this massive new data center campus now dubbed "Silicon Heartland Innovation Park" that broke ground a few months ago near Intel. This is phase 1 of the 190 acre Technology and Distribution Park designed for industrial and data center users and operators.

We was actually saying the same thing when we were out there yesterday. It was very windy and even though they were actively watering it, it was extremely dusty. I had to get back in my car multiple times to clear my eyes. It was so dusty, most of the machines had their headlights on and you could still barely see them in the distance through the dust. The other person with me said it felt like one of those movies where people were first colonizing Mars or something. It was definitely kind of eerie out there yesterday. The spot where those three pictures was taken from is right where lots of them come to turn around. If you sit there long enough it feels like you're being invaded! It's definitely much more impressive to see in person though. The pictures definitely don't do it justice.
