Pace starting to pick up on the Standard Building Renovation

Few different looks of the new tower I wanted to get a few more, but this little guy kept following me around! lol

Work has started on the next cluster of four story apartment buildings at Quarry Trails. When completely built out, this particular area of QT will include two rows of residential buildings back to back for a total of sixteen new buildings.

I've been making it out to that area about once a week lately and i can't believe how much progress they make from one week to the next. (Unfortunately, the pics don't really do it justice, because its hard to get real close.) While i was out there last night i swung by the Buckstone Flats site as well and it looks like they should start vertical construction soon!

The new grandstands at Scioto Downs continue to rise

Things quickly moving along at the new Google Data Center Complex on the far south side. From Parsons Ave:

The Budget at Bethel & Godown is finally closed and should be coming down soon- making way for another Sheetz location.

The apartments on E. 7th Ave (across from Kroger) are completely down now

Shouldn't be long now till we see the whale go vertical!

i noticed a few days ago- you can see it from 3rd St now too as you cross over 670 entering downtown

The second of three planned Sheetz locations along Polaris Pkwy is vertical. This one is located near Polaris & Old State Rd

Godman Guild completely down now

Couple more of the new freeway ramps rising near Miranova Below is from the northern most part of Scioto Audubon MP. Looks like some type of tunnel is being built to connect under the freeway

Things really moving along at Grandview Crossing now. There's at least ten buildings under various stages of construction on site.

i checked it out about a month ago and didn't see much activity. I'll definitely check again next time I'm in that area of the west side.
