Was a maintenance of traffic plan provided by the developer during the review process?

Does anyone know what this is? I can't find it on any of the renderings that were released. Looks almost like a chimney and it seems to be tied into the structure.

Another chain smh. Agree it's good the structure is being retained. Would've been nice if Chums made a comeback in that location

As a professional planner working for a consolidated county government, consolidation is not necessarily beneficial. Less emphasis on the urban core and more on the periphery has resulted in a neglected downtown that doesn't attract much here, if that's what you meant by "regionalization".

I'm tired of seeing the important "third places" near campus being filled with chains.
