  1. Back in Decemger Neo-Trans reported that Great Lakes Brewing filed permits with the city to begin preliminary site work at the property they own on Scranton Peninsula. It was described as leveling and clearing bushes/trees from the property. It would also be seeded. It was suggested that construction could start in 6 months. Has anyone seen any movement on this, trucks/bulldozers. How awesome would it be to have 3 projects all being constructed at about the same time. @KJP have anymore permits been submitted since?

  7. I don't see the need for the bollards or the barriers. Field Ops didn't see the need to make them part of the design. I'm sure they studied that option. Just go with how it was originally designed.
  8. Construction is still set for sometime in '22. About 73m of the 100m dollar project has been raised. The green plaza next to the Science Center has been funded with a 2m dollar gift from the GGF. Should begin this summer.

  12. So glad this could still move forward. I just think it is so important for that corner. And I have felt it is time for OC to have a hotel of its own. And then we still have what appears to be the lower level of the bridge being involved in some way. Hopefully this may inspire further renovation of that space. I am just ok with this recent rendering but I hope it will be refined somewhat. I know others do but I hate colors on buildings especially blue/green and pastels even. But its fine lets just break ground. One more crane coming up I hope.
