A lot of nice interior shots of Intro in this vid from Kevin Barry from WEWS 5- Cleveland: 2022 NBA All-Star Game and Festivities
I love all these national broadcasters who continue to talk about the weather. Somehow we always get labeled as the only place with winter. NewsFlash! its also cold and miserable in Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Chicago. Detroit, Pittsburgh, Philly, New York, Boston... so basically the northern half of America.- Cleveland: Cleveland State University News & Info
I know there is talk of demoing the Wolstien Ctr. But it is nice to have an alternate arena. I wonder if an Quicken Loans type renovation would be worth it. Make it all glass on the exterior with first class amenities inside. It looks great on TV for the All Star activities. New arenas are not cheap to build. I hope a renovation is considered. There is enough space around it for CSU to expand.- Cleveland: Asiatown: Development and News

That is actually from the Cle water crib cam. It was down for a while looks like it is back up.- Cleveland: Opportunity Corridor Boulevard
I am exited for the future of the OC and was on it just yesterday on my way to UH. But the one thing I hate more than utility lines and chain link fence is 'barbed wire. It sends the wrong message. I wish there could be some kind of code against, that would include existing bossiness and new construction. I have this fear it could find itself at the new police station. I am afraid some of these developers will buy in to the perception of the area or cave in to the tenants demands.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower at Erieview & Galleria Renovation

That's interesting. I wonder if Marriot could influence that. I am sure they have a ton of retail partners. It would only add more amenities to the project. I know this probably depends on the tmud but I feel better about that with a name like Marriot involved.- The Official *I Love Cleveland* Thread

So you put in a prioritized flashing signal crossing. There is no reason that bridge cannot be used. Would be cool to walk/bike/scooter from the mall.- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
All of these plans are fantastic but as I've indicated before it is 10 years away especially when you involve removing a highway. I have already given my thoughts on the Rosales bridge. So how about in the meantime we spend maybe 5 million dollars and reopen/refurbish he bridge that is already there into a nice pedestrian experience. We will at least have something over the next 10 years that would be heavily used.- East Cleveland: Development and News
An amazing piece of property available in East Cleveland on Taylor Rd. And I almost hate to see it developed considering it is loaded with trees. But I believe it will go fast. As a side note it is located across the street from the abandoned Warner and Swasey Observatory which if I would have had the money would have been converted to a coffee shop/restaurant . But it may be to far gone at this point. http://www.hannacre.com/search-properties?property_id=9787&office=cleveland&page=1- Cleveland: Ohio City: Church+State (West 29th & Detroit Ave)
Did the Longhouses at Hingetown, ever start construcrion? /- Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
I wonder if someone like The Metroparks could approach SA about donating some or all of the property. Keeping some strategic parcels for sale, I could use a lot more green with a lot of dense trees. Kind of a tribute to the lumber history of SP. There is still time to make this something other than a bunch of 5 over 2 buildings.- Cleveland: Random Visualizations & Massings
Thats the money shot. I've always loved this view of the city. Thanks- Cleveland: Random Visualizations & Massings

I never expected those rendering would come to life. It was part of a master plan from Perkins+Will and https://www.designdistill.com/news-blog/thunderbird-in-cleveland who I believe won an award for them back in 18. My biggest concern about SP is the other side where Scranton Averil is holding on to what seems to be from generation to generation. One positive thing about the NRP design is that the patios are inset. I always thought that is what we need in Cleveland. More inset balconies I hope they remain as part of the final design. I dislike the type of balconies that are part of the Iumen for instance.- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject

We were speaking of the MSL. Lets bid for a NWSL Womans team.- Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
Just wanted to throw this out there. I think Cleveland should bid to get a Womans Pro Team the NWSL. That would be much more progressive. Lets build them a stadium. This whole MSL is kinda of a a scam. They call themselves Major league but they barely rank top 10 in the world. All these mid market cities who are laying out tons of public money keep saying they have a major league team. If you have an nfl, nba, mlb, nhl team you can call yourself a major league city, because they are the best in the world..I think a Womans team would be a better fit, lets pack that stadium. Build a killer 10k capacity stadium. The Force could use it to- Another Dumb-a$$ List / Ranking of Cities
