Heard from a retailer who is opening a storefront in the area of 117/Lorain that the old Variety Theater will become a Town Hall Restaurant/Bar. Said he heard it from the landlord.

Saw this on a retail store in N Olmsted. The whole Guardians name and logo is fine with me. I would have preferred a change in colors but whatever. I do hope there is at least one alternate logo with a more traditional Guardians image. Maybe on one of the caps.

^^A couple of buildings in a possible Bedrock development and a 54 story nuCLEus would look nice in that photo.

So @KJP you are suggesting that the space where the second tower could go will probably never be a parking lot. That it will go from a staging area to a construction site for the future tower.

I was 60/40 for Spiders. But this is fine. I would have preferred someone local like GV Art for the logo, but this is kind of what I expected. Btw this would be a good opportunity to spend some money and refurbish the actual guardians.

I am not disapointed in the tower. And I could give a crap about the bridges. Lets go its been a long wait.

This is a nice surprise this morning. I have always envisioned a tower there. Ontario Stone about to get paid. I hope a buyer comes forward. BTW Dave Barry from NEWS 5 has been doing great work the last couple of years.

I think we sometimes forget just how massive Edgewater Park is. There is space along the shoreline to add another beach as you go west, I would love to see that. I would also like to see a study that would identify areas along the Park that could be open up for development. A very cool east coast type waterfront community that the park would run through, something very cutting edge. With a nice mix of apartments and for sale units. Here is a video from Treadmill TV that takes you through the whole area.
