  1. I've heard from a very reputable High placed corporate relocation expert that Atlanta is in the running. Also Columbus has put in a bid(see failed Amazon proposal)
  2. From the kyc webcam

  4. Back to the possible stadium renovation. I know everyone seems to want a retractable Dome, but I don't think that's practical. I also think it's really really expensive , so I would look at options for a fixed roof. I'm using this drawing I put together to illustrate how it could look. Now I know know it's not drawn correctly, and it's missing a bunch of support beams but I think it could work. One of my favorite NFL stadiums is Ford Field and they don't have a retractable Dome and I think it works out well. If we want to do a major event during the summer outside we can use the malls for that like we did for Play Ball Park which worked out great. So just an idea. And by the way this involves chopping off half of the top third deck on the city Side.
  5. HaHa I love all this speculation. MTS is probably searching for Miranda Priestly gifs as we speak...

  7. Not sure who is behind it but there is some kind of auto showroom planned for the retail space at the Athlon, taking up a good portion of it, maybe the whole store front. Also not sure if it's just temporary or permanent. But apparently that space is no longer available.
  8. Wasn't aware that the Eastside Market is up and running, it was pretty crowded too for Wednesday afternoon, about 25 cars.
  9. @KJP Time to go paywall and make some casshhh! ?

  13. Just speculation, and Starks recent project on top of 515. Also does anyone know is this still NBBJ?
  14. That empty space on top of the garage could be for expansion. I see possible future development for either a hotel or added residential. Whatever the market demands.

  16. Yes I was going to say it looks like this is the more affordable scaled-down version of the land bridge. This is not the green ribbon version of it though so I'm wondering if this is driven by Pace or the city, should be interesting.
  17. Floors are counted as levels they started on the 32nd Floor on September 19th. So I think 34 sounds about right. 36 levels in all.
  18. Man I hate parking garages that allow parking on the top. Especially when these buildings are looked down at from above, not a good look. I would have questioned that and asked for something better.

  20. Just for you. From the worst movie eva!
  21. Yes I wish we had more developers from overseas involved in Cleveland. I think you will see that influence as this building progresses. They are not just conditioned to throw in some double-hungs, cuz that's what we do here...
  22. That wall of new windows along all of those buildings is going to look very very nice. It will change the whole vibe of that area.
