Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Just a screener from a live shot. We need SW2 and then something on the nucleus site and I'll be happy for a little while. Oh and those two 500' towers from bedrock/tower city...

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Just a thought but my guess is Progressive Ins. had everything to do with the seats going from green to blue. Ill bet next year you will see all of the padding surrounding the field go blue also. They said its for the uniforms but I don't think so. I mean the Progressive color on all of their branding is blue.

I hope so, we need an adult in the room. I support Bibb but he's not ready for this, Bobby George has already taken advantage of him, Haslem might do the same.- Cleveland: Cleveland Clinic News & Info
Arnold Schwarzenegger was in town this week for pacemaker at the clinic. https://www.usatoday.com/story/entertainment/celebrities/2024/03/26/arnold-schwarzenegger-heart-surgery-pacemaker/73104043007/- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
It would also be awesome if the city could build this in the meantime as part of it.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
It would be awesome if this development somehow gets Scranton Averell to answer their phone. It is just a matter of time that someone will want to build on the land that will be across the river from such an impressive development.- Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Yeah probably AI but that photo is about 15 years old which is why no Hilton or Convention Ctr. Not to mention the TT under renovation which was back in the day when Forest City still liked us. And using old photos of Cleveland seems to be a part of every rendering lately.- Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field

I never knew about the Scramble Intersection. But there are a couple in downtown Toronto. I could see them in Cleveland maybe for heavy traffic hours or game days when pedestrian traffic is higher. Or even when there is very little vehicle traffic.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters

Building/Demolition permits are posted with fees being paid just last week by Geis. I think the project currently sits at Landmatks. Maybe something happening soon. Not the project I hoped for but lets just get it done and move on to the next one. Yes they used the same license to remove the utility poles.- Cleveland: Hotel Development
So wait are we talking about the possibility of two "new construction" hotels in the downtown CBD. With the @zbaris875 Star bomb, The W and the Dream that would be 3 new flags not currently in the city. Crazy. When you consider that zbaris87 always has great intel and TurnDev is now involved with The W, and the Dream seems to be bent on expansion these all seem to be a real possibility. This could also mean that the Browns are staying downtown with a year round covered facility. Just speculation. - Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
