A commercial building permit has been issued for the parking lot at 320 Prospect ave. under an LLC associated with Stark Enterprises. Really don't know much more, the permit indicates it is for 'site development' and that a city planning date is 'pending'. Idk, it could just mean a fancier parking lot. https://ca.permitcleveland.org/Public/Cap/CapDetail.aspx?Module=BuildingHousing&TabName=BuildingHousing&capID1=15BHO&capID2=00000&capID3=12022&agencyCode=COC&IsToShowInspection=

New UrbanOhio.com Design Input
Can you consider a 'night mode' if possible. There are apps and ext. but most seem buggy and are battery users. It would be easier on the eyes and doesn't light up the room. Is there one that can maybe reverse the text and background while leaving the images alone?

Cleveland: Random Development and News
Former Parker Hannifin home will be transformed By STAN BULLARD Lawyer turned entrepreneur turned real estate developer Lance B. Johnson is getting ready to turn the lights back on at the former Cleveland Clinic administrative center and one-time headquarters of Parker Hannifin Corp. in Cleveland. However, he plans to do so only one floor at a time in the massive office, warehouse and former data center with a half-million square feet of space on 17 acres at 17325 Euclid Ave. Electricity and natural gas costs are substantial for bringing back to use the property as a multitenant business complex, Johnson said in an interview as he toured the project last Wednesday, Aug. 19. Utility costs may be high, but he got the property for virtually a pittance. According to Cuyahoga County land records, Johnson's Chandler Park LLC paid just $400,000 on Aug. 13 for the building. In other words, he paid about 76 cents a square foot for the site, which is essential for his plan to offer inexpensive office and industrial space in the complex. “For almost 100 years, there's been no access for the community to this property,” Johnson said of the complex surrounded by a chain-link fence topped with barbed wire. “For this to flourish, it has to become a community center, a home for businesses and activities associated with the community.” http://www.crainscleveland.com/article/20150823/NEWS/308239993/former-parker-hannifin-home-will-be-transformed?X-IgnoreUserAgent=1

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
^Nice find. I suppose it is something we have been expecting. But will it be nuCLEus or 515 that turns the first shovel. And welcome to the forum! Edit...thinking about it more. I wonder if the naming of the Walsh Group as a PM for Arbor may have as much to do with 515 as it does for nuCLEus.
