Wonder if something is happening at the old Watermark location. I think that guy who recently surfaced and is behind the Rocbar/Odeon reopening owns that one too. He said he was looking for restauranteurs for the spaces on the river side. Maybe somethings up. Would like to see a Japenese steakhouse or BBQ there. Bubbas Q would be cool to bring downtown.

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
So all of this talk about Scranton Peninsula from the FC thread led me to a study currently wrapping up from CSU urban planning. It looks to be in cooperation with FC as the 'client'. Two student teams presented their vision for the peninsula. They did significant work in research and planning. The presentation PDF is a great read(warning it is 199 pages) that I haven't begun to go thru yet. Lots of info. http://carter-riverfront.com/ http://carter-riverfront.com/s/Carter-Riverfront-Development-FINAL.pdf (17mb) http://urban.csuohio.edu/syllabi/spring15/ust611_Kellogg_Kastelic.pdf And some of you may remember my idea for the peninsula almost 10 years ago. I might have to redo it as my graphic skills have gotten a bit better...lol...10 years ago! And I am still putting around on this stupidazz website...wtf...where has my life gone?...................but I digress :-o http://www.urbanohio.com/forum2/index.php/topic,4043.msg109813.html#msg109813

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Well with Phase 2 scheduled to open over the summer looks like FEB is reworking their website and have now added a Phase 3 page and site plan. Describing that 'efforts are underway' for Phase 3 development including a theatre, retail and additional residences. Maybe that parking lot won't be a parking lot for long. http://flatseast.com/phase3/ Edit-failed at trying to sharpen up these images.

Get ready to move this thread back to 'active' status. And as I suggested a couple of pages back of how out of date the scoreboard is looks like plans are being put together to have it replaced. http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2015/05/cleveland_indians_plan_20_mill.html#incart_m-rpt-1

I think each one of those sections on the crane is 20 feet. I count 18 so that seems about right.
